First off: If you know what the Otaku Attack Force [OAF] is without me having to explain it, then major major props. Also, you're old.
Two years ago, three teenaged girls came together in the comment box of the podcast and had some epic thought-sync. On a whim, their trio was dubbed the Otaku Attack Force, with the subtitle "Protecting the common otaku while typing in actual English. It's why they're awesome."
Suuuure, we've done some, um, stupid things, but you know what? I wouldn't change a second of it. From Otaku Cage Match to all-day chat sessions, I've had some of the best moments with Sangome and Timber, which is why they're my idkbffs of the online world.
Friendship transcends the internet, my friends, since when I met 'gome at ACen, it was like we hadn't seen each other since school two days previous. Come next year [fingers crossed!], we hope for our trio to meet at Youmacon '09. Let's hope the world doesn't implode.
Two years guys. Here's to another cracktastic and random 365 days.
