I was bored, drew this a few days ago. I'm still coloring it on MS paint, and I'll color(messily..) by hand then rescan. The hand looks better than the hand I attempted to draw before :) Yes it's water . I really didn't feel like drawing the feet so I put water there. This is actually gonna have a background unlike the others. If I could get photoshop to work it's be faster. So.... yeah...
It's a pretty good(for nowXP) pic of my oc. I might not like it later.
