This is an extra credit project from my Am. History 1 class. The teacher let us pick partners and make a poster advertising a candidate for the Kentucky House of Representatives election--1840s style! Strain is a professor here. I think he chose Kentucky because our state wasn't a state yet...The choices were between Democratic party and Whig party...This is what me and Tobi came up with!
