Aww, poor Nasu! Why is he crying, you ask?

BECAUSE YOU PEOPLE DON'T COMMENT ENOUGH!
These days the Tokyo Mew Mew fan art section is blooming rapidly, as noted by Hikari Mogami-chan earlier. But even though the art rate is increasing, the number of comments is staying around the same (that's my observation).
Sure, all the really good artists get loads of comments saying things like "you're so good" and "keep it up" and even "I found you! POKE!!!" But all the little people in the art section (the ones who draw worse than others) aren't getting many comments. Even the little people need love!
Like me. Please, guys, COMMENT! I love when you guys comment on my works! Even if it's to point out the bad stuff. You don't know how your comments make me happy. And when one puts up an artwork they worked hard on, only to see that it only gets around 3 hugs and even fewer comments, it really hits on their self-esteem. Hard.
It makes little artists like myself sad because it seems as if either people don't care about our artwork enough to comment or just use up ONE NEWTON of energy to click the little 'thumbs up' button; or they take one look at the thumbnail and 'judge the book by the cover' and completely skip over it and ignore it. That really makes me sad.
Me, I try to comment as much as I can whenever I can get on the computer. I know how I would feel if I didn't get comments, so I apply the Golden Rule to others and I comment on their pieces.
Some people may laugh at me for getting upset about this seemingly trivial thing. But it doesn't really matter. Because my purpose of this artwork is not to get people to pity me or laugh at me. My goal is to offer comfort to all the little artists out there, and to try to bring more people to the realization that
AN ARTIST'S AN ARTIST, NO MATTER HOW SMALL.
Thank you, and have a great day.
