"Matt, where'd the sleepy guy go?"
"Don't you remember? He left the ship last episode."
"Oh! 'cause the bad guys were gonna kill him!"
"Right, so now there's a new guy, named Mike."
"Mike! Mike!"
A fond remembrance to my childhood and the trio that was me and my brothers when we were younger. Matt (age 11) on the left, Jay (age 5) in the middle, and me (age 2) on the right, sitting down and watching Mystery Science Theater 3000 on the family room floor (the robots freaked me out, by the way). Our ages set this in approximately 1993.
My brothers shaped me greatly and gave me the personality that I have - the weird, goofy, and sarcastic tomboy with a love for video games and the ability to memorize entire scenes from TV shows. We can sit around and riff on anything (one night on vacation and the movie Commando...) and have the greatest sense of how to play off of one another.
So even though they can be total jerks, they introduced me to genres and things that I love. Thanks guys.
