I haven't thought of a name or background for yet so for now let's call her "Anime Ninja Girl".
With this picture I tried some different things like:
Ink the hair with a blue pen
Using colored pencils for pants and other stuff
Using regular paint function to color her top and stuff.
Tried using slightly different skin color and other things too.

Anyway, I hope you all like the pic.
