So my friend kindly bought me the second (and last) volume of the Street Fighter 3 manga Ryu Final and in it Sagat plays a pretty large role. Which I found really cool because Sagat never showed up in Street Fighter 3 and I always thought that he should have, it's cool to see that after all those years he's still as tough as ever. So this is supposed to be Sagat as he appears now years later in the Street Fighter 3 story.
