The story goes:

The man is a vampire and falls in love with a human girl. They share many good times together and soon his hunger begins to take over. He finds a young girl and kills her feeding on her blood. The girl turns out to be the sister of his lover. The girl throws herself from a ledge and dies.

Time goes by and he becomes a model and he finds another young girl that reminds him of his past love. She says she doesn't remember anything about that time and shruggs off the story. He feeds on another young girl and the cycle begins again. In the end she stabs him in the heart after she gave him blood from a dead body."
