A Present for Dixie-chan! (although she knew it was coming 'cause I asked if it was okay that I draw her character ^-^) Sorry this took longer then I expected, but exams ate up all my time! I hope you like it Dixie-chan

For all of you who don't know, this is Dixie-chan created by...well...Dixie-chan ^-^; I would have to say the part that I'm most pleased with is the coloring on the hair (although it looks a little funky at the top...meh I'll work on having that not happen in my next picture)

Oh and if you people know how to make things appear like their in the background on photoshop (or actually know how to put things in the background) Help would be much apreciated. (that's the reason this one dosn't have a background...I don't know how to do it ^-^;)
