Character designs for "Artificial Man, Daniel".
Daniel is the guy (know duh).
He was created by a man named Dr. Falsiti. The Doctor was running out of parts so he used animal ears and hence the weird hands also.
The Doctor takes him to a ball to show him off and Daniel feels like a controlled animal.
He goes into a rage and accidentally kills a man.
Anita, who is at the ball, realizes he needs help getting away and she helps him...
Voila.
I might change Daniels hair, what do you think?
It looks too Sasuke-ish.
