Wow! It's been almost a month since I've posted a fanart!!
Anyway, I made two new characters. *shot severly* I was making pics and I did this one. I loved how it turned out, so I shaded it and I'm uploading it to theO!!

The red character is Chaud the Hedgehog who can control fire and the green character is Maria the Cat (she isn't related to Maria Robotnik,'kay?).

Of course there's a story behind this!! :D
Robotnik makes a machine to robotisize out the Great Forest and Sonic and Chaud go to stop him. Sally, Maria, and Amy go to wish them luck but are too late and they watch them head off into space in their super forms. They watch the sky, and as time passes the machine and only Sonic returns. Sally welcomes him back and Maria goes to demand where Chaud is. Sonic shakes his head and relays the events, saying that Chaud had died while the ship holding the machine belew up. Maria is saddened by this and runs to her hut and cries. Six months later, there is a knock on her door and she goes to see who it was. Chaud was standing there like nothing happened and tears form in her eyes and she rushes to hug him.
