This drawing was based off of the Belial in the shounen-ai manga "Fallen Moon" by Toui Hasumi. I don't know why, but I liked him better than most of the other characters~ I was listening to "Colour Me Blood Red" by Malice Mizer while I was drawing (incase you wondered why the title sounded familiar).
