I drew this a long time ago.
I found this scan at google and started copying it.
I traced the outline of her dress and her eyes

The lightning and the colors are added in photoshop
and the unnoticeable flowers and water are brushes from Photoshop as always.
I darkened the outlines using Paint.NET
I played with this for a while
making it look a bit more artistic as they say
Although I did not success with that very well.

So here is my latest drawing that I manipulated using Photoshop and Paint
