I used colored pencils for the most part on this and watercolor for the touch-up.(I figured out that I use watercolors because they're fast! I can see the results faster! Colored pencils are tough) Finished it with Photoshop CS3 and ta da!
the kanji is a saying about the ocean/sea holding the truth.
