You thought Emi had only one master? WRONG! She actually had two. Her first master was a kind man named Ryo(and before you ask, yes, Emi named her's and Len's *cough*son*cough* after him, Kagamine Ryo :3), Emi loved him like he was her dad. And Ryo always thought of Emi as, not as some program, but he thought of her as his talented "daughter."

But later on, poor Ryo died of illness, since he lived alone, his rich niece, Haruko, decided to take her in. Now, if you read my V-day fanfic, you know that Haruko was girly, rude, annoying and selfish. To a boy she might seem lovely, but when he finds out about her selfishness, to him Haruko's actually UGLY.

Haruko treated Emi like she was her "servant", Emi was forced to do a lot for her. Very soon, Emi couldn't take her annoying new master and ran off, taking her belongings with her. Soon after, Emi discovered a large mansion(which is supposed to look awesome, but doesn't even look like a mansion), which was actually the home of the vocaloids. And soon after, Emi became part of the big family! A few months later, she actually met her brother, Emito Nakamura.And soon found her man, the adorable Len Kagamine~
