This is Haruka from Tactics, the tengu who doesn´t even wants to smile. in my opinion he´s the angel for Kan-chan not only because Kan-chan waited and searched for him for a long time. Furthermore, I totally love charas with kinda strange personalities more than "normal" onces. ´bout the pic i thought the concept was kinda cool but I got the impression I messed it up.
