I've tried to post this for acouple days now...I had to make the image bigger than it was originally so it doesn't look as good as it normally did...

any way I really like how it turned out >w< it is a new character I've been working on for a couple months now....actually he's the only thing I've done lately, well I luv my chibis and that's maybe the best bg I've done in a long long time XD
