The Black Tribe girl and her Strider Bunny. We never got to learn her name...I actually liked her character too...but...

I guess you'll have to play Star Ocean 4 to find out. haha.

Hopefully she looks alright. I think she looks a little too young...and my only reference was the game itself. I haven't found any fan art.
