Temperament: Ryo is not only a loyal, trusting soldier of the Alliance but he is also a loving brother. He is the guardian of his two younger siblings so he is mature and almost fatherly when he is keeping an eye on them. At work he is down to business. As Captain and Interrogator he takes his job very seriously.

Background: Ryo is the oldest of the three Scott siblings and the one responsible for the care of his younger brother and sister. After graduating from an elite military academy he was assigned as the guardian of Jay and Meta when their parents could no longer take them along on their excursions as traveling anthropologists. Once he was drafted into the Alliance he was stationed in Florida to protect the coastline against Cuban naval fleets. On occasions he would fight alongside his first partner Lieutenant Nataliya, the two of them are the most talented shooters in the Alliance and work together as the Duel Pistols, wielding not only one gun but two simultaneously.

Following in his footsteps Meta soon joined the Alliance at 16 followed by Jay who he now leaves in the care of Danny.
