Rin: Olivia Fuller ("I'm suppose to follow Chris around like this?! Well, I guess I shouldn't complain; I've had worse Hollywood gigs.")
Sesshomaru: Chris Griffin
Jaken: Cleveland Brown ("Hey y'all. Come look at me; I'm this toad guy following Sesshomaru around. Well the real secret is he's following me because I've got a bag of oreos in my pocket.")
Staff of Two Heads: Hurbert and Trisha Takanawa (Trisha says, "I'm sharing the same staff with this dirty old man. Tell me, Sir, what is like to be a head on a pole?" Hurbert says, "I shays, Chrish ash Shesshomaru esh hot. Mmm, oh yeah." Trisha says, "There you have it. Back to you, Tom.")
Kikyo: Diane Simmons ("Tonight's story. I'll be playing the role of this dead priestess. Sort of reminds me of my last marriage.")
Miroku: Glen Quagmire (The role fits Quagmire perfectly, because he's also a womanizer. "He he, alriiight!")
Kagome: Lois Griffin
InuYasha: Peter Griffin (Peter says "Anyone with a big sword is saying look at me; do not judge me by the size of my penis.")
Shippo: Stewie Griffin ("Damn it! I wanted the role as Naraku. Well when this photo-shoot is done, I'll just kill Mr. Tucker and take his role away from him.")
Kirara: Brian Griffin (I know Brian is both a boy and a dog, but he's the only furry in the main cast of characters.)
Sango: Meg Griffin
Koga: Joe Swanson (Yes I gave him back his legs. That did happen in one episode.)
Kagura: Bonnie Swanson (This was drawn after she had Susie.)
Naraku: Tom Tucker ("Damn you, Naraku! Why can't you learn to grow a mustache? Then you'd make me look handsome.")
Kanna: Connie D'Amico ("Who's the least popular bitch now?" taunts Meg.)
