Yeah the real Miroku wouldn't do this to himself, accidentally or other wise. This is all Quagmire. He's done this before on Family Guy. It's in that episode where New Yorkers invade Quohog. Quagmire gets intrigued by the activity in the Griffins' yard, and then gets his penis stuck when the window slams down on it and he has to call 911.
