Yay! Random pic! This time it's some OC (Celia and Marcus to be exact).Which I did on Painter.
How I did it it? Well I don't remember. It was a year ago!
For the colouring I used gouache and most likely a just add water blender to smoothen it out. as for the outline...hmm it looks like pencil.
I forgot how I did the lighting but the shiny stuff is FX(pixie dust)

Heh, I love Celia's expression...she seems so unimpressed to see her prince on a horse with a spotlight on him.
