This is my submission for this years Anime Festival mascot.
Once I saw the contest I had to take the challenge >:3
I wanted to make a girl that had a cool and original street look, but I added my own twist to the I heart NY shirt, thus the title ^^
I worked really hard on it, but I'm very happy with the outcome ^_^

the original size of the picture is very big (2673x2973) and shows the small details that can't be seen here T^T
