umm i hope you like it xD done traditionally with copic markers for the mascot competition.

uh her name is Ny-tan becouse im unoriginal with coming up with names.
thats her and her pidgeon(coo).
theres little hints of new york throughout her outfit.

the headdress is composed of several buildings, xD the jacob javitz center,empire state biulding, something that looks like the building i live in and some random other biulding.

her dress represents ny taxis with that iconic checkerboard style.
her necklace is a big apple with a clock representing the city that never sleeps.

oh and her hair color is chosen for the ocean color around these regions, this sea green and her uncovered eye is green to represent some of the few parks in nyc.
