Well I finished today on my birthday. As thanks to the first person to wish me on my birthday, I'm dedicating it to them.
Anyways, time for some info:
It's Temari from Naruto (to me she is the best female Naruto character because she isn't just a medical ninja and she kicks butt)...I know there's something weird about her leg but this is the best I could do. Done on Corel Painter
Lineart: Smooth round ink
Colouring: several airbrushes(detail air and soft), and a soft blender stump
