I had this really great hand-drawn version but nehh

So this is another one for the New York Anime Festival Mascot Contest.
I noticed the number of submission steadily increasing and came up with a new theme that hasn't been seen yet.
So to commemorate the underappreciated skateboarding kids, graffiti artists, traffic lights, and the big apple plus my favorite intersection of the whole city, i drew this little Chibi version of Taxi-Chan in her original costume, with an apple helmet because "Safety First!"
Anyhow, I thought this idea was cool and original, so I hope you like it.
