This is NUTTA-CHAN, derived from Peanut. She represents NY with her love for Apples, as she is seen taking a bite out of a slice of the big apple, and love of peanuts, an all american snack enjoyed at Baseball games. In the picture she coated her slice with peanutbutter, further showing her love. She shows NY through her baseball cap, with a built in Nekomimi, and her baseball jersey and shorts she wears if she was seen in full outfit, along with match knee high socks. I drew her chibi-like because she looked more adorable xD
