Oops, it's yet another original character!

So remember that theory that Deep Blue has spare bodies lying around? This is Masumi Aisaka, and he's one of them.

Masumi is a withdrawn young man with a terminal disease, as the Cyniclons' cloning techniques aren't always reliable.

He isn't expected to live longer than a year. As a new brand of experimental gene therapy is the only thing that might have a chance of saving his life, he decides to participate in a trial. Unfortunately, the unsuccessful treatment activates the latent Cyniclon traits in his genome and makes him a target for all sorts of nonsense.

Seeing an opportunity to return after his defeat in an emotionally weak host with active Cyniclon abilities, Deep Blue attempts to manifest and overtake Misham's consciousness.

The only issue is that the myopic nature Deep Blue expected Masumi to have is the opposite; Masumi is an optimistic nihilist. He's also a staunch tin hat conspiracy theorist drunk on Ancient Aliens. Deep Blue finds himself saddled with the world's most annoying headmate.
