This picture features He Xian(g) Gu, one of the Eight Immortals in Chinese mythology, and the only female one.

There are a few disputes over how she became an immortal, and it makes for a pretty interesting read. ^^ The version I read... was a little gross. >_>

She is holding a lotus and a Sheng, a traditional Chinese instrument, which she is often depicted with.

The original of this picture is going to be used on a bigger one that features all Eight Immortals, but I decided to draw them separately too. I'm not saying what the final product is going to look like, but I think it's pretty easy to guess. XD
