Hagashii is one of the scientist in my original manga Dragon League Chronicles. He is responsible for the high tech stuff and information about the enemies that try to destroy Imperial city. His brother Kujo and his assistants Kanryu, and Lucilia are scientists as well. Hagashii and Kanryu were the ones who found and hatched 3 dragons who they later named Rein, Kaieto, and Itosu.
