This is a selkie woman; a creature that is actually a seal, hence what she's wearing. Selkies are generally and Irish or Scottish legend of seals that shed their skins to become human and if a man steals a female selkie's sealskin, she is under his power, but if she finds the skin again, she goes back to her old life. Kind of significant to me because it seems like we all have a skin that if we could just get it back, we'd be something far better than just a normal human.

I did this with colored pencil, some crayon for the ground and sky, and marker for her skin and the clouds and the sea. Tried to use a white marker to give her seal skin and the water some highlights.
