This is a sketch I did from the manga Stigma by Kazuya Minekura, the same author behind Saiyuki. The boy's name is Tit and the man's name is Stork. I added shounen-ai to the tags because, although these two don't cross that line, the manga contains some shounen-ai/yaoi as well as het (between two adults) but it's a wonderful story regardless in my opinion.
