Alright, well I have artist's block! I just got my new COPICs, COPIC multiliners, and white out, but I have no clue what kind of picture to draw with them. My mom told me to draw a stormy day, but I can't draw storms. I tried to draw rain in this picture, but it just looks like lines.
To cure my artist block I am listening to a LOT of music...but none of the songs are actually helping me think. I wanna draw a sweet picture, but I keep thinking of dark Gothic Lolita pictures, but I need to draw something that I can use my white out with. And with not so much black.
The songs I'm listening to that helped me draw this were Watarasebashi and Kokuhaku Funsui no Hiroba. I even put in words from the songs. From Watarasebashi I just wrote the title, but from Kokuhaku Funsui no Hiroba I wrote Anata ga suki, because that's when the song starts getting good. I think Anata ga suki means I love you....but I'm not sure.
I listened to five different versions of Watarasebashi. The original one, one by Goto Maki and Aya Matsuura, one by Momoko Tsugunaga, one by Yurina (forgot her last name), and the most recent one, the one I just finished listening to, was by Yoshizawa Hitomi.
Yeah...a lotta Watarasebashi. I want to sing that song...but I don't really have the courage to sing around people...so...yeah.
Anyways! All of the songs are soft, calm, and somewhat sad. So I drew a sad picture and put question marks in the eyes because I have no clue what to draw. The flower petals I just put in there at random.
