Well, this'll be my first challenge I've ever submitted something for...but I couldn't resist the lure of an Eevee evolution contest!

So this is my entry, the ghost-type Eevee evolution, named Nefareon (after Nefarious which means evil). I decided to come up with an extremely elaborate way of obtaining it, and here it is:

First of all, Nefareon can only be male. However, you need to have a female Eevee in your pack along with a male Eevee which has to be at least level 35 - this Eevee will be the one evolving.

Secondly, Nefareon can only be obtained in Pokemon Soulsilver and Heartgold.

Next, you have to equip the male Eevee with a cleanse tag which repels Pokemon (this is to make it harder). Then you have to head to the Ruins of Alph and battle EVERY SINGLE Unown there i.e every letter of the alphabet. You then need to battle a ghost Pokemon of over level 35 and after this battle, if you haven't already levelled up, then you need to level up.

Then your male Eevee will evolve into Nefareon!
