I guess you're all wondering, "Just WHO is this chick Ice has?!"
Well, THIS, this is Arty, as a human.
She's from "De Blob(an apparently not-so-famous game)"
Sheesh, I was hoping there would've been more fan art of it, but apparently Icey here was wrong D: And the game's been out since, like, December!

Anyway, just cuz I feel like explaining to you all about the game, "De Blob" takes place in this town known as Chroma City, a city filled with color and adorable little citizens known as Raydians.
HOWEVER, one day, the horrible INKT Corporation took over Chroma City, prisoned the Raydians in dull shells(Raydians in the shells are called Graydians) and took all the color and everything that Raydians had:Art,music,pets,sports,theater,art, EVERYTHING

Luckily, the hero of the game, Blob, has come to bring back the color and save the Raydians, and helping him out are the Color Revolutionaries.
They not only explain important things to Blob, but they also give him missions you gotta complete, there are large arrows in some places, go near those and one of the Revolutionaries pop up.

Prof. comes up when you go near brown arrows, he usually points out a landmark, and you gotta turn it back into the way it was(to do that, just find it's weak point, and once you do, start shaking your wiimote and nunchuck!).
Bif is the brawns of the Revolutionaries, go near an orange arrow and he pops up, he'll tell you about some inkies running around, and you have to fight them.
You don't really see a lot of this guy, Zip, but he'll usually have Blob following him to an important area.
Arty is one you'll see a lot, she usually has Blob painting a certain area of buildings certain colors, though in some cases she also asks Blob to free some Graydians or bring color back to any signs.

And I'll stop before I go too crazy and make this description sound more like a game guide XD
Arty isn't really human, but I wanted to make her human(I was thinking about making her shirt black and white, but I don't think she would like being dull.)
Though some designs of landmarks in the game have black and white themselves, so I guess in that universe, black and white are sort of like prescription drugs, use too much or use it the wrong way and it's bad(it seems true apparently, in the game, some of the water's been contaminated with ink and there are puddles of ink)
