I just bought that manga studio 4 debut software and also a wacom bamboo pen tab and had a practice with them both. Not a bad first attempt i think but will take a fair bit of practice. Brilliant software the manga studio but quite complex. would recommend it to anyone who knows what the hell there doing lol.
