i love this eevee form soo much ^^ I have had one in all my pokemon teams XD
this took me a long time to do, but it was worth it :)
I'm happy how it turned up, that's me but of course i don't have blue hair and fins so use you imagination ;P You know...close you left eye..squit REALLY hard...and tilt your head THEN ....you just wasted your time cause that blue is not turning brown anytime soon
used: prismacolor (copy-not) ink and photoshop (about 3 day since I got lazy)
