Well, I started this pic a while ago. I only finished it now (I have a lot of time on my hands now. Anyways this is an original character named Celia. In general, I drew it and coloured it on a piece of paper, then made some adjustments on painter and photoshop :
Lineart: pencil(original), soft charcoal pencil (painter)
Colouring: poster paint(original), soft blender (painter)
