Rali is, for the most part, based after my in game Feraligatr Dale. I only say for the most part do to the fact the Dale is actually shiny while Rali is not, also names.

Rali was made for the Pokemon Gijinka Revolution. Hopefully I got him close enough to look reminiscent of the Feraligatr he should be! DX

For a Feraligatr Rali is thin and not as bulky as his counter parts. He's been picked on for this thus making him shy and reclusive. However he is very approachable and is very loyal and protective to any one he calls friend. Due to most Feraligatr's hanging around lakes Rali has become quiet fond of beaches and the ocean instead. It's uncertain as to why Rali always wears winter clothes or why it doesn't make him sick but they're what makes him himself. Rali however has a huge rear of hippowdons due to almost being caught by one as a child.

Also I'm feeling a little lazy for colouring so I went to that old method. D:
