This is my first "Azumanga Daioh" fan art EVAR! When I saw the superhero contest, I knew I had to enter Chiyo. For one thing, I thought the sailor flap thing on her uniform would make an awesome cape. For another... well... if you saw the episode in which Osaka dreams that Chiyo can use her pigtails to fly, you'll know what I mean. I decided to make her costume look a little like her school uniform. I think there's also this Sailor Moon vibe going on. OK, enough rambling.
