Yay I finished! Heracles Karpusi from Hetalia as a classical Greek statue. The bust is based on actual sculptures of Antinous.
Heres a lil story I thought of while doing this piece:
......
The sculture was uncovered in the countryside of Greece during the early 1800s. It's now on display in a British museum and although the Greek government has requested its return the British refuse to hand it back to its country of origin. It is rendered in Parian marble but date and sculptor is undetermined. Since its discovery Roman copies have also been found in Mediterranean regions such as France, Italy and Cyprus.
