Another crack at those colored pencils. This is Doomsayer without the usual high collar hiding the bottom half of his face and his long hair. Doomsayer isn't his actual name, but because people called him that constantly as he was growing up, he's forgotten his true name. He doesn't know his real parents and is hated by his entire community because they associate him with all the disasters that have happened there.

He has the gift of foresight and has before tried to help prevent disasters by telling people ahead of time, but they hardly ever listened and blamed him when they did occur. He has since then learned to keep his mouth shut and will only divulge such information to those he feels are deserving.
