This was kinda inspired by the Batman documentary I saw on TV. I think it was the History channel?
Catwoman is like my favorite villian in Batman besides the Joker. I loved her when I watched those Saturday morning cartoons when I was younger *heart*

I know I made her costume a little too plain...I didn't really have any references. Oh! And I know that thing looks like a tail, but it's actually a whip she's holding :D
