Okay, I was just playing Final Fantasy Fables: Chocobo Tales and Irma is my second favourite character. (1# is Croma of course) I just felt like drawing her. Not the easiest person to draw, from experience. "Oh, it's you and your little chocobo again, eh?" It just sounds like she came out of the Wizard of Oz.I didn't get all the colours right though... Hope you enjoy!
