I was reading 5927 doujinshi when one of them said that Tsuna's birthday was tomorrow! Of course, I was in a panic going, "OMGOMGOMG JUUDAIME'S BIRTHDAY IS TOMORROW AND I HAVE NOTHING PREPAAAARREEEEEEEEDDDDD" and then I did this in Photoshop.

Gokudera is saying "Buon compelano, Juudaime!" which means "Happy birthday, tenth!"

Tsuna is saying "Arigatougozaimasu Gokuderakun" which means "Thank you very much, Gokudera-kun".
