So I'm submitting this in the "Who says art doesn't feel?" challenge, because this scene is just raw feeling to me.
I know it's a bit different... Doctor Who is my favorite non anime TV show however.
The scene is of the Doctor, just after Rose Tyler has been ripped away from him. The feeling is lament.

lament (luh- ment) –verb
1. to feel or express sorrow or regret for: to lament his absence.
2. to mourn for or over.

It's more a quiet lament... but I feel that you can see it in his eyes.
