Long time no post. Happy Halloween, everyone!

This is my newest OC "Rucia" (pronounced as Lucia but with the R). She belongs to an investigation unit of I don't really know what at the moment. Don't have the whole story done in my head. I just happened to create her, as I was admiring deviant art rann-sama's art. I tried to apply the techniques of rann-sama. I like the coloring on this than my other pieces.

It might be a while before i actually make the whole story... so i'll probably keep revising her many times.
