'tis Rokuro from Deadman Wonderland! ^ ^ He's a minor character, but I don't really care. I just HAD to draw him after seeing him go nuts (I was also practicing drawing nuts people)...He always hands his hand on his neck...sometimes I wonder if he has something wrong with this neck...O.o

No matter how evil and jerkish he is, I just can't seem to hate him...maybe because he reminds me of L...in the way he stands and stuff...and his eyes (in a way...bags under the eyes, I mean)...
