It's Ike and Insung. I drew this to Wannabe by Epik High :D Because...I love them.
I can't really explain this picture at all...except it's Ike on the left and Insung on the right. I dunno, they're wannabes of each other. So...they swap clothes.
Except it looks more like Insung on the left and Ike on the right OTL

It's "I love you" on the shirt. It doesn't mean they love each other.
