Ok this is more towards Christmas~y type stuff. This is an idea and an oc. To me it looks as if she got hit then I came up with a little story for it.

She is a little off in some way, she makes trouble, and she wasn't supposed to hang up lights. Why? They (people like her and her adobted 'family') are supposed to keep a low profile and not draw attention to them or where they live, so no decorations. She can't really keep that last rule and got hit for it :D.
